I spilled the truth about something to a person so he would be able to get himself unstuck from it. People misrepresent the truth to themselves sometimes to spare themselves the agony or pain of acceptance and freedom. It is good when a friend will spill the truth of a situation to you so you can get a better understanding of why it will never go anywhere the way it is... then you can free yourself of it.
