Mike Patton as much as I also love Anthony Kiedis :) The reason is pretty obvious -- Patton is far more talented than Kiedis. He's taken on more side-projects than we can probably count with our two hands. He's far more accomplished, music-wise. Anthony Kiedis is great, and also incredibly hot, but I still see Flea and Fruciante as the real brains of RHCP, so for Kiedis to hold that against Patton, is childish. Mike Patton has obviously moved on, and still gone on to explore uncharted territory on top of that! Kiedis has remained where he's at.

The battle of two sworn enemies. This question has a lot more appeal to the ladies than I, but I'll try to leave it to just the music. Anthony Kiedis should win hands-down. Part of the reason these two hate each other is that Anthony felt that FNM stole their sound. I couldn't agree with him more as I had a hard time telling the two apart during the early 90's.
Also, if based solely on looks, the result should still be the same. I don't recall Patton being built.
Where are all the RHCP fans this morning? I know they exist.

Mike Patton.
Kiedis is a pompous jerk... and apparently has no sense of humor. It's a jerk move to kick a band out of the festivals you are going to play because their singer has made fun of you at one time.
Plus Kiedis CAN'T sing..that's apparent. Mike Patton can sing opera.

This is truly a tough decision...or so it would seem because my gut is telling me as far as talent, credibility, and hotness it's got to be Mike Patton all the way.
I'm known for siding with the "underdog" since FNM never became as commercial as RHCP though I can't put the Red Hots down for their staying power and knowing what the general public wants to hear.
Yep, my choice is Mike Patton!
