İ've forgotten my Paypal password and they were supposed to send an information mail.
İ've tried many times, but i still did not receive any e-mails.
What does this mean? İs my account canceled now?
Why don't they ask m secret question or something like that?

I highly doubt that the error is on paypals end. I have known from experience especially with yahoo accounts and aol accounts you have to do something special with the spam filter. I recommend calling paypal as they are aware of this.

There could have been a glitch in the system when you tried to sign up. Try to put in your answer that you put in the last time.
