There are NO real tests. A person should know if she is a virgin. Have you ever had sexual intersourse? If not, then you are a virgin.
A doctor can tell if a girl still has her hymen, but since a hymen can be broken through so many other ways (sports, injury, exercise) it is no longer a good indicator of virginity.

If you are a female, the only way to tell is to have a gyn exam of the vagina and see a missing or broken hymen. However this is not foolproof, becauuse you can break a hymen riding a bike, horse or masturbating. As for a guy, there is no way to tell.

No tests exist.
Girls can lose their hymens from sports or horseback riding and are still virgins.
A Gyn can tell if your hymen is gone, but he/she cannot tell if you have had sex or not.

Lack of a hymen is not proof at all. Many girls break it with physical activity. Other, like me, are born without one.
