high school vote for Dems?

CNN polls showed that almost 2/3 of those who earn over $200,000 per year voted for Bush.

But, almost 2/3 of those who earned less than $15,000 per year voted for Kerry and the Dems.

Your numbers do not support your hypothesis. Earnings are not necessarily reflective of hard work or high school success. You are actually using two extremes to attempt to make a point about an average voter. In the first place, there is no accurate means to determine the incomes of 2/3 of the voters either way. When you read such numbers matched with the word poll, ask yourself, "Did I take that poll?' I know I didn't take the poll and wasn't even asked to take the poll. The poll results, quite frankly do not state anything at all like what you are contending.

People look to their rational self interest when voting. The over 200k crowd has gotten the best taxbreaks under Bush. The poor have not benefited from this regime; jobs have been outsourced to foreign countries, millions of illegal immigrants have taken jobs in the constructino trades and have depressed the low end of the wage market.

Democrats push social programs like Welfare. That is why poor people vote for them. Rich people vote for Republicans because rich people actually work and get taxed on their money, thus paying for welfare. I have never seen a Kerry sticker on a nice car...they are always on some piece of crap monza or old clunker.

Caught you in a lie again. Bill Clinton is a Rhodes scholar that most Democrats and a bunch of Republicans voted for. Making such statements as yours based only on statistics of one election is ridiculous. By the way I have a master's degree and vote Democratic most of the time. I am also upper middle class with regard to income. I have a sister-in-law who is on welfare who is a Republican and usually votes that way. Blanket statements shows your ignorance.

No.
I have a college degree, a nurse's license, a pharmacy tech certification state and national, and am returning to college for another degree. The sky's the limit on my income, nurses are in high demand and CPhT's make ok money.
I tend to vote dem.
Next flimsy theory.

they are brainwashed by the media to believe that the dems are on their side...when they are NOT....

Ok...so last yr there was a vote in MO to raise the minimum wage...ok so it sounds good but as a result of it passing prices have gone up everywhere to cover the cost, so even though you are making more at minimum wage you are paying more to compinsate the increase the employer has to pay, plus those making right above minimum wage never got a raise and neither did those on social security and disability. So that so called minimum wage increase did not help anyone out in the long run like the democrates promised....but since it sounded like a good idea and no one actually thought about it then it passed.....

if you make 15000 a year does that mean your not a hard worker?

If i was to vote, I would rather vote for the common people and not think about special interests.

I am non partisan and non citizen and can see it clear as day.

Because people in the lower brackets of income are always hoping to improve their lives by a candidate who knows we need a higher minimum wage & better living conditions in many areas of the U.S.
