I once tried to paint some mini blinds...and the mess was horrible and the blinds were destroyed.
If you really seek a new color, I would recommend buying new blinds.
I recently bought new blinds from www.nobrainerblinds.com. They had the lowest prices of any online window covering store, they cut the blinds to my specifications and even offered free shipping!

everything is possible,if you use close dye for it ,it should work ,but ask someone first who understands how to dye blinds . like at a curtain or a store where they sale blinds before you do anything
