if i exit west on russell from 15, will russell take me all the way to buffalo or does it end on decatur?

i'm trying to find the fastest way to mountains edge (blue diamond/buffalo) from downtown las vegas at around 430pm. blue diamond is backed up from decatur to buffalo at that time. anyone know any shortcuts?

You could wind your way around off of Russell but it would be a long and winding trip.

What I would do is go on South a little further on I-15, then take 215W to Buffalo.

Or you could take I-15S to 215W to Rainbow, then go West on Wigwam to Buffalo.
