Citeseer and similar on-line search engines allow me to look at papers that reference the same sources as the paper I am reading. However, I want to look at the papers which directly reference the paper I am reading.

For example: I am reading "Quantum mechanics of measurement" by Cerf - call it QMM. I want to read papers which cite QMM.

Can you tell me an internet resource which allows me to get a list of papers that cite QMM?

Try the Web of Science. The link is below.

If this doesn't work -- go to any academic library and ask them for help. You might also ask some physics professors.
