Splenda. Equal makes my joints ache, seriously I have to avoid that stuff.

Sugar, the only other decent one is Splenda and it leaves an icky after-taste.

canderel - it's like a cheap version of splenda
I only have it because I live with girls and they always buy it and its always lying around, otherwise I'd be cool with sugar.
