It really depends on the paint. Good paint will not show if you touch-up some spots. Try touching up the spots you missed with the same method you used originally (roller or brush), let dry and look at the results. If they are acceptable, you're done, otherwise, re-coat at least that surface to the corners (no need to re-do the whole room).

Depends on the quality of the paint. Usually a good paint won't show " touch up " spots. Of course there's one real way to be sure. Do it and find out. I usually two coat a room anyway. Two even coats look much nicer than one heavy coat.

you can only touch it up if its flat paint , if its semi youll have to give it a second coat , good luck.
