I read somewhere that the characters in The Simpsons are yellow so that the show could appeal to all races. The Simpsons is loved all over the world.

would you like them better if the were pink like my earth worm? :)
hey, i remember i watched them on my friend's broken TV, they were red and sometimes blue, but if you slap the TV hard enough you'll get them green.
but still prefer yellow though :)
