Is it a new food? Could she be allergic? Did she eat to fast...my 5 month old eats so fast and will spit up a lot but never has she thrown up. I would suggest a call to your ped. It never hurts to call and ask what they think, especially when it comes to a little one.

Maybe something just didnt agree with her. If that was it then she is ok. Just watch her and if it happens alot with a temp then maybe go see a doctor if the temp is high but I really think she should be ok and it just didnt agree with her.

You didn't say what you fed her... If it was formula or breast milk, I'd say she just had a bit much and couldn't keep it down. If she seems healthy and happy then don't worry.

I THINK IF YOUR BABY IS SHOWING NO OTHER SIGNS OF BEING ILL THEN IT'S FAIR TO SAY MAYBE SHE COULD HAVE OVER ATE, OR MAYBE WHILE TAKING HER TO BE CHANGED HER STOMACH MAY HAVE BEEN STIRRED UP, OR MAYBE SHE JUST NEEDED TO BE BURPED. IF YOUR CHILD IS FEELING ILL SHE WILL LET YOU KNOW.I DON'T THINK YOU HAVE ANYTHING TO WORRY ABOUT. IF SHE CONTINUES TO THROW UP TAKE HER TO THE DOCTOR.

BEST OF LUCK

She could be coming down with something, or something she ate might not have settled right, and moving her around, might have jarred something.
