Depending on your state laws, and the life you have led she may be able to file for "maintenance." It is obscure, but if you were the bread winner and if she can prove that you made her stay at home then she can have you pay a maintenance fee in some states.

Even with nothing to split, people have to file for divorce to make it legal.
However, if there is a large difference in your wages and depending on how long you were married, there is always spousal support.

Listen anything that you and your wife has accumalated in your marriage she will get and equal share of , you have no kids so thats not a problem thank god you didnt start a family together. Thats why people should not jump into marriage without being sure it is easy to get in and hard to get out.

She can go for your bank accounts, and household items, cars, but i believe anything you had before you were married she will not be entitled to....
