My questions are not worthy of recycling. They decompose all by themselves and cause no lasting impact on the environment. They might be harmful to humans, but eh, they'll get over it with enough therapy.

Sometimes I do.
But once in a while. I sometimes ask questions from my previous ID that was suspended last spring.

Ex: I recycled the question about if women still wear leotards to aerobics or exercise. Who knows, I might recycle that question in the future.
I don't ask the same so often. Usually like half a year or 5 months later I ask that question again.

Questions... depends on if I got any good responses the first time. However, recycled answers are more common, especially for simple questions like, "What songs do you like," etc. Cheers!
