Because just like the Jesus networks on television all day you have news networks on television all day promoting the party line .
If Some one was resurrected from the fifties they would immediately call our news organizations a propaganda machine for the government .
They would also claim America had been taken over by communists and dispute the double talk of the media that they are all complicit in spreading propaganda .
