I can't get out of bed and I havnt taken a shower in a week or two. I even havnt brush my teeth in 5 days , i can't bring myself to do it. I dont change clothes either. What's wrong with me?

Several things could be wrong with you.
First of all, you could be duck-taped to the bed by a person who doesn't want you to be free to roam.
Or . . . you might not be able to take a shower because you forgot to pay the water bill and their is no water.
I guess that's also why you haven't brushed your teeth . . . but then again, you could always use bottled water for that . . . or even soda.
But . . . if what you are saying is not in jest but actually a truthful query, you are either depressed or lazy. If you are lazy, get your sorry behind out of bed, take a shower, brush your teeth, and get out and enjoy life! If you are depressed, please seek professional help. There are many facilities everywhere that you can go to . . . some of them are free for people who cannot afford to pay.

This sounds/reads like a case of depression. Seek help as soon as possible. You will feel better by doing so and you will be able to move forward in life.
