their mailing packaging does not say Victoria's Secret on it. It has their name abbreviated VSC for Victoria's Secret Catalog. You will get put on their mailing list if you make a purchase. You would probably have to tell them when you order that you do not wish to receive mail from them.

here's what I'd do: call their customer service line and ask if you can place an order WITHOUT getting future mailings. (If you get on their mailing list, there is no end to it!) I'm sure they'll help - their customer service is great.
Their return policy is also good (but check about swimming suits with the customer service agent - health code rules for those may be different).
Depending on what you order (if I'm remembering correctly), their stuff comes marked with a return address but not their name - in either a grey plastic envelope or a box. Again, ask the agent. I know I've never had an issue or been embarrassed when it's delivered - it's discreet enough (and now common enough!) not to be worthy of note (however, I don't know your neighbors, so the customer service person is the best person to talk to). Good luck.

I do believe that their packages are not emblazoned with the name of the company, though it is located on the mailing slip. If someone is being nosy, they would certainly see it. Do you really think people care that much what you order? It is really none of their business. I agree with the others the you should order what you want and not care what anyone else may think about what you are ordering. On the other hand...you may well be put on their mailing list. although they are helpful at the customer service center, I'm, not sure that just telling them you don't want mailings will work...at least not right away. I tried to cancel their mailings once since I was getting duplicates SEVERAL times a month...and it took MONTHS for them to stop sending me so many. Now I only get them about twice a month!

Yes and it's not discreet at all. I wouldn't worry and be proud to order from Victoria Secret. Everyone knows you wear panties. Don't worry.

Umm ... okay well they send it to you in a UPS box (basically a brown box) and then inside the box are white plastic bags that you cant see through that are really hard to open so you need scissors lol. Yes it is discreet! Have you never shopped online before?

These are questions you can ask before placing an order. If you don't like what you hear, then hang up.
