What to wear with charcoal pants?

i have these charcoal capri pants from banana republic... and sneakers from timberland that is white and light blue. i need advice on what color shirt to wear that will match with the pants/shoes.

Charcoal is not a color,so it can't clash with any color, but
the blue sneakers can, so use a color, that is cool not warm,the cool colors are,the blues and greens,the warms are reds, pinks, and orange...good hunting
