A comfortable bed so that I get my absolutely essential 8 hours of zeeeeeees. Protection from the cold/shelter from bad weather. Adequate food and water.
I rate these three things as being the absolute basic necessities. But if that were all I had, life suuuure wouldn't be worth much.
