1. Your baby is very busy. He/she sleeps, kicks, somersaults, rests, and moves. As the weeks progress, he/she may begin to get hiccups and may suck his/her thumb. You will not notice all of your baby's movements for a few more weeks. Depending on his/her position in your uterus, it is possible you'll go hours and maybe even days in between feeling flutterings at first. This is OK. 2. As far as the 20 week ultrasound, not every baby cooperates and it is not uncommon for the technician not to be able to tell for sure if it is a boy or girl. So, while many parents do find out, not everyone is able to. I think it is most exciting to the parents to find out the gender of their unborn baby. I certainly would agree it is exciting to find out if it is a boy or a girl, but I would much prefer just being told if someone wants me to know. We didn't know until their birth what sex our own 4 kids were. We also have a 4 1/2 month old grandson. My daughter and son-in-law chose not to be told the sex at the 20 week ultrasound. They wanted it to be a surprise for them as well as everyone else. I personally thought it was much more fun that way. I suppose if you want to drop hints you could do things such as buy pink or blue candies or mints and pass them out or tell people you'd like them to see how the nursery is coming and have something either boyish or girlish up on the walls or perhaps have some boy or girl clothes hanging in the closet. It will probably depend on who in your life will be as excited as you to find out. If it's a grandma-to-be, maybe she would like a special grandma shirt made up in blue or pink or maybe buy some things to put in a basket to keep at grandma's house. A travel size baby shampoo and baby bath wash, a pink/blue washcloth, a pink/blue teething toy, a pink/blue sippy cup, spoon, bowl and a pink/blue stuffed toy in a basket with a pink/blue bow can be brought to grandma's house and left when she isn't there with a card saying, "To Grandma, From your Grandson/Granddaughter". Also, if you find out the sex, you'll just begin to automatically refer to the baby as him/her and people will generally get the hint just from that.

I would not get again with him for the only cause of a youngster. Yes it excellent for the youngster to have mommy and daddy. But if theres going to be alot of combating then it'll simply harm the youngster much more. Kids are intelligent they realize while theres a predicament. I feel simply being there and doing matters to exhibit the youngster that mommy and daddy love her is well sufficient.

Maybe buy a bunch of pink or blue balloons. Then sneak to his work and fill his car with balloons. That way when he opens the door they will all fly out. Hope this helped. Congrats!

Yes, they do sleep so don't worry.
You could put up pink or blue balloons outside your home to let your friends know what the sex is.
All the best
