I get what you mean, even in the past when he was his dark man gimmick he would talk except for when he first came out in the early 90s. Maybe the WWE fails to realize that a gimmick can't be the same after it's been tarnished. Taker has talked in the past before plenty and has had horrible make overs like the biker gimmick so now he should be the scary dead man but cut some cool promos since he will be retiring soon.
