Gain weight, get pregnant or have surgery. They are the ONLY ways to make them bigger. There are no "magic" pills, foods, exercises, creams that will do it.
Breasts grow until a woman is in her mid 20s (mine grew in college). Plus, you could always wear a padded/push-up bra.

Breast implants is what I suggest, althou costly they are great! I have them and they are awesome!

what just one?...go on the contraceptive pill mine got huge...or eat lots of peanuts they apparently make your breast grow big

they should grow until you are 18 - 20 dont worry be happy with what you have.
