wheres the evidence??? why are so many of you so cold hearted? All you conspiracy theorists dont you realise by spreading rumours rather than facts that your contributing in your own VERY LITTLE way to the truth ever coming out, why dont you just stick to watching poirot and midsummer murders to use your great detective knowledge on!! Leave the police to do their job, but then again you cant do much of a worse job than the portuguese police who seem more keen on NOT getting blamed for doing a bad job than to actually try their hardest to search for the whole point to this media circus, FINDING MADELEINE MCCANN.

the "freaks" im reffering to are the ones that cant wait to hear damning evidence on the mccanns, not those of you who think they were out of order for leaving their kids or believe they could be guilty, thats ur opinion.
I'm very open minded, i just dislike the coldheartedness that people have showed in this case

I totally agree with you Nikki, i'm pleased i chose you as a contact as you seem quite grounded and less judgemental than many of the people on here. I have made my opinion known a few times about the mccann and on every occasion i have defended them. Yes, i have said that it would be devastating if they were to be found guilty but i am not thinking about that at the moment. People are alll too eager to agree with the totally inept Portugeuse police force, the same police force who leaked information to the media. They have conducted a failure of an investigation and in their attempt to cover up their failings have pointed the finger at the mccann. I read in a papers a few days ago that the normal procedure in Britain is to eliminate the parents first, but this hasn't happened in this case.
This is indicitive of how many British people point their fingers before looking within themselves first. Have they not heard the saying,"Let those who are without sin cast the first stone", can anyone tell me where that came from?
I think we live in a soceity where people are never accepting of nice people, they always think that people are not as they seem. We have been thrown off guard by distrustful politicians, murderers, rapist and child abuser. People's minds have been condition by their own past aswell, making it hard for them to accept that there are actually people out there who wouldn't lay a hand on their kids. Let us wait and see before we blame them, but i can say now that they haven't done it. It will change my mindset if they have, but i'm confident my judgement in human nature has correctly informed me how good natured they are at heart.

What is with the nastiness? Have an opinion, sure, but dont call people on here "freaks" that is nasty and to be quite honest I find that totally insulting!
I am apparently an "anti" because I think they were so wrong for leaving their children alone. However, I am keeping my opinions to myself about whether or whether not they had something other than leaving them on their own to do with Madeleines disappearance. I am not cold hearted because I think that, quite the opposite, I am actually DYING for Madeleine to be found safe and well and the truth to come out about what happened! BIG difference!

I, deep down, HOPE that the McCanns are covering up an accident. At least then I'd know that Maddie didn't disappear in order to fulfil the desires of some pervert.
The evidence (an established fact) is in the back of the hire car. Maddie's DNA found in a car hired 25 days after she went missing - that's pretty damning...

superb-spot as well,i felt at the sarah payne time my feelings were against them because of the way they are dealing with it,how sooo wrong i was and feel v bad about that but i didnt and wouldnt of slagged them off to the hilt from a SPECTATORs pov as this is what we ARE!!! ,i dont know why im feeling and have done v much since that day she went missing but gut instinct tells me they are innocent-innocent until proven and hopefully the verdict will come from our forces and not the portugese.. how cruel these imbeciles are(note i havent given them a being form) let the officianados( officials employed to give such verdicts/sentences deal with it. how do u like ur eggs-on ur faces when the truth comes out!

No one WANTS them to be guilty, but let us look at the only evidence we know. Madeleine was reported missing. Other than that there is no evidence to support an abduction, only their word. DNA in the car after 25 days. Let's wait and see. They would not be the first to be guilty after making tearful appeals.

There are just as many people on here that think they are innocent. It is a very emotional issue here. I do agree that they need to wait for the facts to come out.

Oh here's Dave S again....the boring little sad man who writes for hours on a blog about his theories on the McCanns that no one reads, so he has to plug it on Yahoo.
The McCanns are INNOCENT and will be until proven guilty.
The DNA evidence is not damning. It was not blood found, it could have been a fleck of skin or a hair, from something Madeleine touched months ago and was then put in the boot. Like a bag or a toy.
Lindsay H....yes people just want answers and the truth. But none so, more than the McCanns.

I'm no freak but leaving children i.e small children alone, the parents are responsible.if they hadnt left her we would not have to worry about this little girl she would be at home with her mum and dad am i right.
