My biggest regret is similar to yours. On the other hand, my observations over the years seem to indicate that the pursuit of wealth is not necessarily healthy. So I don't regret it all that much.
I could come up with other things, but a similar principle applies; had I done things otherwise, I might have simply made opposite mistakes.
So I don't spend much time worrying about it.

My biggest regret is that I was never able to have children!! It just wasn't meant to be!! I should also have planned things so I would have been more financially secure!!

Drinking 2 years straight, I missed out on a lot. Well ok I don't remember those 2 years just by photos and I'm not sharing those.

My biggest regret was not going back home to visit my dad when I had the oppurtunity, and we knew he probably didn't have much time left. I didn't want it to be a goodbye kind of thing.
