It's not about WEIGHT. I don't really care what the scale says because my body mass composition shows a lot of it is MUSCLE.

I'd want to lose fat, increase the percentage of muscle that I have, sure, but I'd never be willing to lose weight if it meant losing muscle instead of fat... or losing too much muscle.

I'd like to weigh about half what I do now. I am what the doctors call morbidly obese. But then I'd also need plastic surgery to pinch out all the wrinkles from all the excess skin.

After i had my twins i wish i could i have lost 25 kilos with a snap!
Two loonngg years later i have lost it all. If only it happened with a click!

I am not unhappy with my weight right now (128-130) but 5 lb. would be nice especially if they could be gone around my middle!

id say 10 - 15 pounds. from my bum inner thighs and tummy. arent they ALL women's problem areas ??????

you know what, i change my answer. i dont want to lose any weight i would rather just tone any wobbly bits. but still in the same areas.

well ive already lost 75 pounds on my own ( can you say fat*ss? ) but i guess another 10-15. i have a bigger frame so that might be too much. i havent been thin for so long i dont even know.
