I agree that it is powdery mildew and if you want to go the organic root then just use a dilution of 1 part low fat milk and 9 parts water and spray it on your plants once a week. Make sure you spray tops and bottoms of leaves as well as stems and the trunk.
Good Luck

It's called powdery mildew and it is from all of the rain we had. They do make a spray (steins or Milager's sells it) but this late in the season, it's probably not worth it. Your plants will be fine next year if they are perennials.

Its called powdery mildew.A garden fungicide spray will prevent it from spreading.Once it on a plant-an annual -there is not much you can do.If its a perennial you can spray it and wait until next season.

It's powedery mildew. You can easily fix it. Buy "Immunex" they sell it at home improvement stores like Lowes / Home Depot, and also plant stores.
