The first one is 5.1235 x 10^4
The last one is 1.001 x 10^-2

Remember that you must move the decimal so you have a whole number between 1-9 and however many times you move the decimal, that is what you raise 10 to. If you move to the left, the 10 is raised to a positive number; if you move to the right, the 10 is raised to a negative number. You can do the others on your own.
