No, it wouldn't hurt your baby.
And it wouldn't hurt your sister to help you clean up after the party either!

Have Fun and eat a lot of cake!!!

No cleaning and moderate exercises will not effect your or the baby...it's actually good for you....however, if you start getting to hot, or dizzy or feel any discomfort, it is okay to sit and rest....I am a mom of 3 and I have one on the way, I still have to take care of the kids, and the cleaning, and the house and such...and so far it has not done anything but maybe made me a little more tired. I make sure I have a cold drink, and rest frequently.

No you'll be fine. I'm 38 weeks pregnant and still get on my hands and knees to scrub the bathroom tub and floor!

Oh lordy no, you are pregnant not ill. Just make sure you don't lift anything too heavy (if you have to strain its too heavy) and if you feel tired have a rest. Other than that it is business as usual.

its always a good idea not to over-do it whilst pregnant, let someone help you with some of the cleaning just to be sure. (",)

You can do anything you did before. You're pregnant, not sick.
