Vasectomy should not be confused with castration: vasectomy does not involve removal of the testicles and it affects neither the production of male sex hormones (mainly testosterone) nor their secretion into the bloodstream. Therefore sexual desire (libido) and the ability to have an erection and an orgasm with an ejaculation are not affected. Because the sperm itself makes up a very small proportion of an ejaculation, vasectomy does not significantly affect the volume, appearance, texture or taste of the ejaculate.
When the vasectomy is complete, sperm can no longer exit the body through the penis. They are broken down and absorbed by the body.

yes, the "operation" cuts the lines from the testes (balls) so there are zero sperm getting into the ejaculate, which by the way is made in the prostrate gland -- so he still has all the "liquids" that u know and love to taste -- but is firing blanks -- remember use protection no matter what or who he is.

the actual word is vasectomy that i a mal operation in which tube carrying sperms from testis to prostate gland are cut. .the erection occurs in same way as before and ejacultatio n also ocurrs same. only about 0.3 ml to 0.5 ml reduction in semen results. the major part of semen is sugar, water, proetins that still comes out from preostate . this operation is done as permanant birth control method for males and reversal is not possible in 90% cases.

I like Wiz's answer. Yes, he can still ejaculate and neither of you will be able to tell the difference.

Yes. In basic terms, they cut the tube from where the sperm sit. All that happens is that the semen, which is the carrier fluid comes out as normal, there's just no sperm in it.

Oh Yeah! It's just that we're shooting blanks. Alot like a tubal-ligation(sp) in women. Everything still works, except the fertilization part.

He will still ejaculate but it won't contain and y sperm is all. It might look different, I'm not sure but I do know that it will not contain any sperm cells.

Yes, of course, there is still the semen except there aren't any sperm in the semen. If the man don't tell you, you will never know that he has a vasectomy done.
