No, our judiciary is not corrupted . In fact, as on date we can say that the Judiciary is the only organ of our democracy which is holding the fort of honesty and controlling our totally corrupt politicians from prevailing over everything. The judgements are never confusing, but, the lawyer community tries to interpret it in such a manner that it looks confusing.
Let us leave our judiciary to its own clout and not interfere with it.

No, not at all.
But as written in our law, we can not punish a inncoent person even if we have to leave 100's of criminal. So we usually leave the criminal because we not have sufficient avidience.
