My last peiod was on the 1st-5th,when should I expect my periods to follow?! Im 25 and my cycles or so up the wall its untrue.Ive always counted 3weeks from the day that my period stops! Is this right? Ive read different things and now I feel like a complete foul.plze need advise

everyone is different. you should get a calendar and make a mark on everyday when you are on your period - do this for a few months and this will enable you to see clearly how long your periods usually are and how long your cycle is. my tip would be to always be prepared though because its never set in stone. peacex

Your next period is 4 weeks (28 days) from the first day of the last period (the 1st).

You should count about 28 days from when your last period stopped. Don't worry a lot of people are confused about periods need any more advice email me. Hope this helps.

If your periods come evry 28 days, then it should come around September 29th. (count 28 days from the 1st day of your period)

should be around 29 days onwards

*Periods held in school, college, and educational place
everybody should make period of everything
*Period can be to a girl from 12yr - maximum 50yr in every month.In which ladies get pain in tomuch because blood blow from their ***** for a short time as 4 and 5 days.
