if mr Snuffleupagus of Sesame street had a house would it take up the whole block??

Nope. Snuffleupagus' actually live in the sewers, only coming out when they smell fresh fruit, or when a street needs sweeping. Occasionally you can spot a trunk reaching through the grates to gather the discarded cores of fruit that roll to the curbs.

Well the last episode I saw of Sesame Street,he had heaps of helium balloons and flew all the way to the clouds and never came back.

I think he lives in Snuffy heaven now.lol

i hope not, because if that happens, then it will be called Sesame Street no more but Snuffleuphagus Block. lol!

It probably would, being that the set wasn't all that big. But if it was as big as the imagination of a child saw it, his house would fit in just fine with everyone elses.
