I love Gabrielle it is one of my favourite names ... Gabbie is really cute as well ...
I am not a big fan of Abigail either but like you I love Abby as well - I like Abiya the best ...

Gabrielle and Abby are cute names.
Either would be fine with Maddison but Gabrielle is long like Maddison and has the 3 syllables so it sort of fits the 'theme' .
other suggestions for abby sounding names....
Ally - (Allison)
Yvie - Yvette
Tilly - Matilda
Lily
Aimee/Amy
Hope that helps, but I think you should stick to Gabrielle as it suits your long name thing and Maddy and Gabby are cute little sibling names!
