if you get in touch with the hospital you were born at, they might have medical records stating the time of birth - or ask your gp, might be in your records

You are right...DO NOT rely upon a birth certificate to reveal the exact timing of a delivered birth... That is an optional feature but I feel it should be a requirement...

Where then to look...???

Hospital records

Birthing mother (midwife)

Delivering doctor

Witnesses
.....................................................

I am certain that all hospitals will record the exact time of a delivery these days, but perhaps not so half a century ago. Seeking a birth record from the hospital would seem the shortest of searches or at least the best beginning...

If delivered outside a hospital by a doctor or a midwife the delivery time would be recorded on the birth-recorded page at the town hall where the birth took place...

Some hospital birth records will also have names of witnesses as well...

In some hospitals they will have a record, but i don't think in all hospitals. If U know the exact date of birth and the correct hospital, we can find out the time of birth from the records. But i think it is difficult."
or u can ask ur unmarried uncle or aunt , coz they would have noted that down"
ur not specified ur question clearly , if u had ur date of birth or not so that we may help u ok

thanks

If you know where you born, you may get this details from the hospital medical records. That's if they still have it. Good luck!!!!!
