There are so many my friend.
Take a selection of Emperors first:
Augustus
Flavian
Commodus
Nero
Calligula
Domitian
Constantine
Then you have the generally famous guys through power and wealth:
Croesus (he payed for his own army with which to defeat Spartacus and his rebel band in order to gain political power. He had a LOT of money.)
Marc Anthony
Julius Caesar (not emperor)
Then bring on the artists and writers and philosphers:
Juvenile
Virgil - wrote the epic poem "The Aeneid"
Pliny the Elder
Pliny the Younger
And finally a couple of almost mythical figures and Roman gods:
Aeneas - Main character of the Aeneid
Romulus and Remus - Founders of Rome
Jupiter - King of the Gods
Juno - Queen and goddess of motherhood
Neptune - God of the sea.
Pluto - God of the underworld
Minerva - Goddess of education and wisdom
Apollo - God of the sun/truth
Diana - Goddess of hunting
Venus - Goddess of love and beauty
Mercury - God of commerce
Mars - God of war
Vulcan - God of the forge and fire
Ceres - Goddess of corn
There are more obviously but that's a short summation of some famous ancient romans (and their gods).

~plato: the founder of plato academy. The word "academy" first come from him. He's a one of the first philosopher in the world too. Here one of his famous word: "But those gardens made up of letters, it is by way of play, it seems, that he will sow and write them; and each time he writes, building up a treasure of recollection against the forgetfulness of old age, for him if he ever reaches it, and for all those who follow in his footsteps, he will find pleasure in watching the growth of these tender shoots. And when other men will indulge in other kinds of plays, drinking-parties and the like, he, on the contrary, will likely spend his time playing the way I said."
~aristotle: he's a well known greek philosopher. And also plato's top student
~pythagoras: a math and numbers brainiac
~julius caesar: I bet you know him already, so I dont really have to explain in here. ^_^
~Alexender the great: He almost rules the world and bring Rome to glory.
