Is it normal to have a lot of oozing precum fluid prior to orgasm during masturbation or whenever I get hard-ons inside my boxers because I get wet most of the time sinde my boxers whenever i am aroused with erections for a long period of time.

Sounds like you might be late 20's-early 30's. If so, you are perfectly normal.

Your mormal but it is different for every guy. I have none not even a little when hard. If I have a erection for a while and then it goes away I have a little "oozing" but only when it get soft.
