I can do this for pretty much any anime... (but I actually mean all of the above- sorry everyone at yahoo). But if you don't list what kind of shows you do like, or what actually turned you off so much about The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya (aka SoS brigade the anime), all I can really respond to you is that different people like different things.

i'm completely like Haruhi, cuz all i choose is her powers. I act like her each and all the time. (yet some human beings would take that as an insult, yet no longer me.) yet while i needed to i'm able to act like Yuki fairly. i'm additionally like Tsuruya, yet she isn't an real member. My buddy, Damion, is lots like Kyon. We sorta share the comparable courting from the SOS Brigade. :3
