No. I don't believe so, that's what "falling in love" is for. Meh, maybe works differently than others. I still think that lust at first sight holds true. Then after, falling in love can surely happen.
I only truly fell into deep love with a girl once. You know, the kind of love where you're perpetually sick with butterflies in your stomach and just stark crazy in love? A somewhat spiritual bliss on earth. Anyways, when I first met her... she didn't really appeal to me all that much, just a skinny waif of a girl. However, as time went on... the beauty that she soon emitted was beyond all description. I've had many girlfriends and I haven't loved any prior or latter, the same way that I loved this one girl. She just cast some kind of spell on me and I was totally spellbound. Only then, did I know of this "true love" phenomena. I just can't fathom falling instantly in love with a stranger in any degree. I could see lust and then love though. :)

No, not love, but attraction does. Love takes a bit longer to develop. Alas, many do not seem to know the difference.
