Your body mass index indicates you are at 20.4 BMI normal is 18.5-24.5 BMI so you are perfect for your height. If however you have a large waist measurement you may have to reconsider.

If you go to this site, it allows for gender and waist measurement.

But you seem to be perfectly normal by base BMI measurements.

I think that weight is perfect.
I'm also 5'3" and currently working on losing that last 10 pounds to get to 125. (I know I'll never be 115 again!!! LOL!)

Dear ash, i think your height n weight is proportionate and you need not shed any until you have a slender frame and lods of fat which i think is a rare probability. The most important thing is to remain fit and should not worry about weight. Have fun.

I would have to see you, but for your height you should be something like 110 - 115, so I'd say you're doing fine.

If you feel good and you're happy, then it's a perfect weight for you.

no..its perfect for me...you are a "thrower"....(thats means i can pick you up and throw you on the bed easily)
