Recently I got a used graphic card from my friend. The model is Radeon X300 SE. The question is the graphic card compatible with my motherboard?

The motherboard has an AGP slot. Radeon X300SE uses PCIe interface. It is NOT compatible with the graphics slot of the motherboard.

That depends, is the card a pci or agp video card. You will need a agp video card. Radeon x300's were made in pci or agp so i can't help you without more info.
