Her left eye and maybe also her right eye has a vertical mark from the center down that appears to be a blood red spot from being beaten. The mark i do not think is naturally occuring does anyone notice that mark in her eye(s)?

Yes, it is naturally occuring. It's an anomoly to do with the pupil. It's present from birth.

Nothing sinister about it, its a medical condition.
