Please tell what religion and political background you are. People talk about the Palestinians. I want to know what you would do with the Jewish people now living in Israel.

Fraginal - You seem to forget all the sectarian violence over there. I suppose If Israel dissolved as a nation you would predict the Shiites and the Sunnis would hug and kiss each other? that's the silliest thing I have heard so far today.

You still didn't answer the question? What would happen to the Jews in Israel?

Victor, Of course you wouldn't do anything with Israel except support it. Then again, you are sane. you are not wanting to commit genocide. I want a MUSLIM or a Liberal to answer this question.

I'm Jewish and I support Israel 150 per cent.

She is a tiny country and yet she has achieved so much. Her mere survival is amazing, given how many times she has been attacked simultaneously by the surrounding Arab nations.

Anyone who denies the right of the Jewish state to exist really needs to read up on what has happened to the Jewish people throughout history. Only a person devoid of fairness and compassion would deny us the right to our small but cherished homeland.

Not to mention the fact that there has been a continuous Jewish presence there for close on four thousand years.

I am a moderate middle of the roader without a political party. I am a Deist.....no religion but with a firm belief in God.
Israel must go on as a nation. They are the only true ally of the USA and they respect America and its aid. In return Israel helps the USA with state of the art software for consumers and military. They also exchange tremendous information on medicine and military hardware. I wouldn't do anything with the people of Israel. Who am I (or any country) to tell a sovereign nation what they can and cannot do? Israel is surrounded by nations that would like to chop off its head. They are in a constant state of preparedness ready for the worst. What a way to live? Without the help of the USA Israel would be in very, very dire straights. Muhammad made it very clear in his Jihad section of his Koran that Christians and Jews are evil people and must be avoided because they will willfully contaminate Muslims. I wonder how the Jews feel when they know that their neighbors going back thousands of years hate them. Muhammad himself leading an Army of Muslims killed 100 Jews (men, women and children) because they would not convert to the Islamic faith. And he wrote a book of peace?????

in response to your first answerer, the uncuffing of Isreal and the subsequent Jewish conquering of the Muslim world would not only bring peace to the middle east, but an end to terrorism, radical islam, and the anxiety in today's world.

Why should it be done. Because the US doesn't have the guts to call a spade a spade and handle this threat to the entire western world.

Israel should remain a beacon of freedom and decency in that benighted corner of the world. We should support possibly our greatest ally next to the UK.

The disintegration of Israel as a country will mean peace in the Middle East.
