Before Ahmedshah was impressed by the site, this was a city ruled by many kings, the most prominent being the Solanki dynasty. Jaisinh Solanki & Karandev were the famous names. On the name of Karandev, it was named as Karnavati.

It was a hindu city ruled by hindus until the muslims came in and started changing everything hindu. Today hindus are only in name as christianity and islam has made sure the religion is destroyed.
Everything hindu has been eliminated to suit muslims and christians. This makes it a human rights violation.
it is also against the constition of India.
