Why does hasafer star many questions but doesnt reply to them???

I'm busy these days studying for my first part of my master [ will be in 27 october ] so I just check in a read the questions and answers from time to time and if I have plenty of time I answer
and I only star the people I love , it's not my fault that there are too many of them

For me when I star a question.....this mean that I Like the question but I don't know the answer.......

I think he has no time to answer them , so he star them to make others c the questions and answer them.
