There are currently 247 Naruto episodes in all.
Naruto episodes 1 to 135 form Naruto Part 1. Most of these episodes (I think except for episodes 101 to 106) are part of the original manga storyline.
Naruto episodes 136 to 220 are the filler episodes, which are there to help widen the gap between the anime and the manga, so that the anime would not catch up with the manga too quickly. So these filler episodes are not part of the original manga storyline, and also do not have much major plot development (since they are not supposed to interfere with the original manga plot). These filler episodes take place during the 2-and-a-half year timeskip between Naruto Part 1 and Naruto Part 2.
After that comes Naruto Part 2, or Naruto Shippuuden (Hurricane Chronicles), of which there are currently 27 episodes. Naruto Shippuuden is part of the original manga storyline, and it occurs after the timeskip, so the characters are all 2-and-a-half years older. Naruto Shippuuden is still ongoing, and the episodes are usually released on a weekly basis (sometimes the anime may skip a week or do double episodes or stuff like that).

There are four movies.
There are 220 episodes of Naruto.
And so far there are 27 episodes in the Naruto Shippuuden series, which takes place after a 3 year time skip. (On going series)

220 episode plus the 20 or so naruto shippuden episode this not including the three ovas and the four movies

There are many episodes in Naruto do you love to watch this anime too? I watch Naruto and the other Naruto Series on Animespy.net they have all episodes viewable in order. My favorite anime spot for Naruto.

Naruto has 220 episodes. I don't know about Shippuuden.

Their are 220 episode's.
But then their is a sequel to it (which is Naruto shippuden). Which still is not finished.

247 if you include Naruto Season 1 and Shippuuden... plus 4 movies but that doesn't count I guess.
Naruto Season 1 = 220 and Shippuuden = 27

it equals an untold financial ruin between the two.5 365 days hollow. in different words its a filler and the manga ended with the anime around episode one hundred forty so now with the area 2 manga out they are waiting for a jointly as so as that they dont re get closer the anime
