They just plain suck. They had the worst year ever this year. They couldn't beat England, Uruguay, Togo, Turkey and lost to Portugal and Mexico. Brasil is just an overrated team.

Sorry, I have to disagree with you.
Every team has their off days. No team is 100% perfect, and no team can win 100% of the time. You're focusing on all of the games Brasil lost. Fine. What about all of the games they WON? If you're going to argue a case, present both sides of the story.

Brasil is has the best soccer team.
I see them like the USA basketball team...you are the best but you can't win everything. It's too much of a sacrifice. If Brasil's A team played in every tournament they will never be on vacation or have time off. I know it sounds lame but it's true.
If the US wanted to they would win every single basketball tournament out there and so could Brasil (futbol), but the players sometimes do not want to put the commitment...they are humans and need the time off.
Lastly, Brasil did not crush the US. Not sure what game you were watching.

Brasil is a good team and they have won recent Copa and
5 WC championships. They beat arch rivals Argentina.
Of course the players are good individually and Dunga is doing
a good job keeping their egos. I am sure, they will many more
WCs and hoping they will win the next WC 2010.
I would never discount Brasil on any given day.
There is room for improvement, specially in their defense
and need to get a strong forward.
