I still like to make a woman a plate of pasta with wine and garlic bread. I still like to give her a flower. I still like to tell her she looks lovely and pull her chair out for her. Nothing so wrong with that is there?

Chivalrous can go to far, if you don't know where the line is between chauvinistic and chivalrous is at, you walking a thin line between being sweet and romantic, and being a jerk that doesn't deserve the company of a lady. If you actually know the difference, then go for it.

ur a good man and theres definitely nothing wrong with that. in my opinion some women go through a phase...they want a bad boy @ 1st but l8tr on in their lives when they're ready 2 settle down they look 4 men with manners so they'll have someone good 2 spend the rest of their lives with.

Hi Rudas, I love for a man to do that. That's away for a gentleman to show respect for his date. You don't see that very often. I Love pasta but i am not a wine drinker.

Nothing at all...but chivalry became somewhat unpopular when "feminism" became popular. I never let it affect me, chivalry is really nothing more than showig the proper respect through good manners...neither of which are not very popular these days.

not sure Rudas... I still open the door for my wife, still take her out for lunch whenever and steal as many moments as possible while the kids are in school... we still hold hands when we walk down the street... it embarasses the kids, which makes it more fun!

nope! I think some women are yearning for that from men but secretly want a bad boy to spice things up for them and to keep them on the edge.

Nothing is wrong with that.
As much as people will say you are old fashoined, women do enjoy it when it is done to them.

Chivalry is NOT dead. I practice it all the time.
