"s" will replace the soft "c". Sertainly, this will make the sivil servants jump with joy
The hard "c" will be dropped in favour of "k". This should klear up konfusion,

I think this might actually be an outdated idea.
MSN speak has taken over your idea here.
So, actually you need moderators capable of understanding things like :
i wud like to c u now
etc.
You know what i mean :)
