Why does it seem like a propaganda? Scared of China?

as a result, people are led to believe that people are dying by lead poisoning yet surveys shows that death rates due to lead poisoning seem normal BUT INSTEAD MAGNIFIED.

High levels of lead in China Made products, and US companies' fear of getting sued by the American public. I'm sure some of it is propaganda, but for the most part, China is lax on testing standards. And, the US must bear part of the blame - we are also lax on testing standards.

Lead poisoning doesn't lead to death in the majority of cases. However symptoms of lead poison can be confused with Autism, there is a very very high Autism rate in the country right now. It can also be confused with ADHD. There is also a very high rate of ADHD.
NOT every city test children for lead poisoning so some it leads one to wonder how many children are suffering from lead poisoning and diagnosis with ADHD or Autism??
When it comes to the safety and health of my children I will pass on Chinese toys thank-you very much.
The United States didn't put the lead in the toys China did.

Because it would seem that half the stuff coming from china is in some way toxic. Of course we have all the toys painted with lead paint,which is not allowed so whether or not rates of lead exposure are up or not is irrelevant. Then we have food products tainted with dangerous food additives,or toxins that we have banned. The Chinese did manage to kill a bunch of pets with tainted pet food,which in the end turned out to be a good thing,since it alerted us to toxins in Chinese products before some of the stuff they were doing had a chance to kill people.

Here's why:
China is using lead paint on toys - in case you didn't know, lead is a poison. Giving it to kids who chew on them, will injure them
China is using dangerous anti-biotics when raising certain seafood. These are also dangerous for human consumption.
China is also putting poisonous chemicals in tooth paste.
To sum up: China's standards for consumer goods is below what we in the US expect. Not only that, some are downright dangerous.
Either shape up, or we'll stop shipping in.

Scared of China you ask...see comment and illustration per john b...fat chance. Regarding the garbage you people are allowed to import into this country..it's toxic trash. If mainland China wants to feed it to their limitless hoards, then do so...clean up the crap that's produced there or SIUYA.

Why, because China is growing and it's economy is booming. The real reason why all this recall is going on is to give small US business a chance to boom. The government can stop China economy so they come up with these recall to slow the China's economy down. Facts, just look at the trade deficit between the US and China $30-40 billion and growing.

it's probably just that china didn't realize there was lead in the paint. but america is freaking out because of how it can kill all of our kids. oh yeah and john b you're an asshole and you need to grow up just a little bit more before you start playing with mommy and daddy's computer.
