can't remember the name..old sega game..very similar to golden axes?

it's an old sega game....it's very similar to golden axes..you can play three different players....except there's an old guy instead of the dwarf like golden axes...and the old guy is a magician who can use magic....the other two characters are a man and a female......it's an old sega game ... PLEASE help me ..what's the name of it?
